Payment and Returns


All of our product is sold with a “no quibble” guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the items that we have sent you then we will offer you a full refund or exchange provided that you return the item within 14 days of receiving the order.

You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size of the same item. If the exchange requested is not available, you will be contacted by a member of our team and a full refund will be processed.

If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Please note that shoes returned to us without their original packaging or with scratched or damaged soles may not be accepted and will be returned back to you. Therefore, should you think you may wish to return any item, please ensure that you keep the original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any exchanged items will be sent to the same delivery address as your original order.

Please fill out the form enclosed in your delivery, mark the items you wish to return and select a reason code. Place this form back in your package and attach the adhesive label to the outside. Finally take your package to the local post office.

You will be charged the cost of returning the goods, unless you purchased a prepaid return label at checkout.

All refunds will be made to the card originally used to purchase the goods. Please be aware that whilst we aim to get your refund to you as quickly as possible, some card returns take up to 30 business days for banks to complete. This varies between card issuers and unfortunately we cannot influence them.
